1. Who makes the coasters?
All designs are created by me at The Coasterie. To bring them to life, I work with trusted print-on-demand (POD) production partners, who handle printing and fulfillment. This allows me to focus on designing beautiful, meaningful patterns while ensuring high-quality production and global delivery.
2. Where are the coasters shipped from?
Depending on your location, orders are fulfilled by our POD partners in different regions (e.g., EU, US, UK). This helps reduce shipping times and costs.
3. How long does shipping take?
Germany & EU: approx. 5–10 business days
International: approx. 10–20 business days
Please note: These are estimated times. Delays can happen due to customs or carrier issues.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with German/EU law.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Personalized or custom designs are not returnable.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

6. Can I request a custom design?
Yes! I’d love to collaborate on custom designs (for weddings, events, or branding). Just reach out via the Contact page.
7. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! if you’d like to stock The Coasterie in your shop or need larger quantities, please contact me directly to discuss wholesale options.
8. Are the coasters dishwasher safe?
Most of our coasters are wipe-clean only (not dishwasher safe) to maintain print quality. Care instructions are included with your order.
